COURT ORDER
AND NOW, this ~ day of May, 1997, upon consideration of the
attached Custody Conciliation Report, it is ordered and directed as
follows:
1. The Maternal Grandparents, John Nye and Carolyn Nye, and the
Mother, Teresa Nye, shall enjoy shared legal custody of Kelsey
Nye, born January 11, 1995.
2. The Maternal Grandparents shall enjoy primary physical custody
of the minor child.
3. The Mother shall enjoy periods of temporary physcial custody
with the minor child under a liberal schedule to be worked out
between the parties. It is anticipated that Mother's initial
periods of temporary custody shall be at the Grandparents'
home and subject to the grandparents' supervision. It is
further anticipated that the parties will work between
themselves in an effort to expand the Mother's opportunities
to exercise temporary custody with the minor child over the
next few months.
4. This Order is entered pursuant to an agreement reached by the
parties at a Custody Conciliation Conference. In the event
either party become dissatisfied with this Order or in the
event the parties are unable to reach an agreement on the
entry of a permanent Order, either party may petition the
Court to have the case again scheduled for a conciliation
conference. In the event this case requires a hearing before
the Court, the parties agreement to the terms of this Order
shall not in any way prejudice the parties from asserting any
contrary position at a hearing.
