JOHN NYE and CAROLYN NYE, Defendants :NO: 1006 CIVIL 1997 :IN CUSTODY COURT ORDER AND NOW, this ~ day of May, 1997, upon consideration of the attached Custody Conciliation Report, it is ordered and directed as follows: 1. The Maternal Grandparents, John Nye and Carolyn Nye, and the Mother, Teresa Nye, shall enjoy shared legal custody of Kelsey Nye, born January 11, 1995. 2. The Maternal Grandparents shall enjoy primary physical custody of the minor child. 3. The Mother shall enjoy periods of temporary physcial custody with the minor child under a liberal schedule to be worked out between the parties. It is anticipated that Mother's initial periods of temporary custody shall be at the Grandparents' home and subject to the grandparents' supervision. It is further anticipated that the parties will work between themselves in an effort to expand the Mother's opportunities to exercise temporary custody with the minor child over the next few months. 4. This Order is entered pursuant to an agreement reached by the parties at a Custody Conciliation Conference. In the event either party become dissatisfied with this Order or in the event the parties are unable to reach an agreement on the entry of a permanent Order, either party may petition the Court to have the case again scheduled for a conciliation conference. In the event this case requires a hearing before the Court, the parties agreement to the terms of this Order shall not in any way prejudice the parties from asserting any contrary position at a hearing.
