At all times relevant hereto, Plaintiff, Mark G, Sayres, was a mcmbcr of the Local Union and an cmployee of Defcndant, ABF Frcight Systems, Inc., working at its facility in New Kingstown, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 7. As an employee of Defendant, ABF Frcight Systcms, Inc" Plaintiff, Mark G, Snyrcs, was compensated at a straight-time rate of $18.07 per hour, payable weckly, 8, On July 28, 1996, Plaintiff, Mnrk G, Sayrcs, workcd a total of 3 3/4 hoors plus 450 miles driven for Defendant, ABF Freight Systems, Inc. 9, However, Defcndant, ABF Freight Systems, Inc" compensated Plaintiff, Mark G, Sayres, only for 3 1/2 hours of work plus 450 miles on July 28, 1996, 10, Therefore, Defendant, ABF Freight Systcms, Inc" failed to pay Plaintiff, Mark G. Sayres, for ,25 hours of work on July 28, 1996, representing unpaid wages in the amount of $4,52. 11.
