KOONTZ IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA ORPHANS' COURT DIVISION ESTATE NO. 21-94-0118 IN RE: ESTATE OF NATALIE HARICHAK, minor l'ETlTION FOR DISTRIBUTION OF HlNOR' S ESTATE WITHOUT GUARDIAN UNDER PROBATE, ESTATES AND FIDUCIARIES CODE 6 5101 TO THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF SAID COURT: The petition of Andrew C. Gates and Jerry A. Weigle, Co-Executors of the estate of Helen G. Koontz, deceased, for distribution of the estate of her minor niece, Natalie Marichak, without the appointment of guardian or the entry of security under the provisions of 6 5101 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code respectfully represents that: I. Petitioners reside at 8 Valley View Drive, Penfield. New York, and 632 Brad Street, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, respectively, and are the Co-Executors of the estate of Helen G. Koontz. who died January 29, 1994, testate. Letters Testamentary were granted to petitioners on February 9, 1994, by the Register of Willa of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. The Last Will and Testament of Helen G. Koontz dated July 9, 1993, provides as follows: "TWELFTH. I give and bequeath the full sum of FIVE THOUSAND ($5.000.00) DOLLARS to NATALIE MARICHAK, who is the daughter of Sydney Marichak." 3. All debts of the late Helen G. Koontz will be paid in full, all inheritance taxes due and owing to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and to the United States Internal Revenue Service will be paid in full, and petitioners are prepared to make distribution of the specific bequests in accordance with the terms of the Laat Will and Testament of Helen G. Koontz, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A." 4. Natalie Marichak, a minor age seventeen, born on April 20, 1977, resides at 17 Manor Drive, Mechanicsburg. Pennsylvania. 17055, with her natural mother, Sydney E. Marichak. 5. The net value of the distributive share to which the minor is entitled to receive from the estate of Helen G. Koontz is less than Ten Thousand ($10.000.00) Dollars, and therefore may be received and held or disposed of by the parent maintaining the minor without the appointment of a guardian or the entry of security within the provisions of 20 Pa.
