I, I am one of the parties in the above-entitled
proceeding. This proceeding to terminate our marriage is
brought in good faith and it is my present intention to
proceeed to have our marriage dissolved.
II, I am bringing this proceeding in person, without an
attorney, because I lack financial menns to pay legal
counsel. I cannot, without financial hardship, pay to the
clerk of this court the statutory fee for filing this aotion,
