accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure relating to service of original
process outside the Commonwealth, Rules 403 and 404, and will be mailed to the last known

Millers. Maryland 21102, by Certifed Mail, Return Receipt Requested.
An Affidavit of Service is attached hereto and once service upon Defendant is
