Robert Crawford shall have sole legal custody of Robert Paul Girardeau. 3. The Petitioners shall have the right to make lI1l\ior decisions affecting the respective children's best interest, including, but not limited to, medical, religious, 8Ild educational decisions. 4. Lori Nickel shall have primary physical custody of Maggie Rene Girardeau. 5. Robert Crawford shall have primary physical custody of Robert Paul Girardeau. 6. Respondents are Paul and Elizabeth Girardeau whose current residence is a substance abuse treatment center in Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. Their last address was 205 East 29th Street, Savannah, Georgia, 31401. 3. The Petitioners are the maternal aunt and maternal grandfather respectfully of the minor children Maggie Rene Girardeau born December 5, 1989 and Robert Paul Girardeau born August 31, 1983. 4. The Respondents are the natural parents of said minor children. 5. The children are presently in the custody of Plaintiffs. 6.
