Reddick, Jr., hereinafter referred to as FATHER, and Tania M. Reddick, hereinafter referred to as MOTHER, made soley with R. Alexander Reddick's, hereinafter referred to as CHILD, best interests in mind. Both parents agree that at all times decisions will be made with the childs' best interest first and foremost; all personal issues must be left aside. MOTHER is the primary custodial parent. FATHER is non-custodial parent. FATHER has visitation every other weekend and one evening during the week every other week, FATHER also has unlimited phone contact with CHILD, FATHER will pay an amount agreed upon by both parties every other week to MOTHER in order to help with daycare expenses, etc, In the event that FATHER does not pay the amount agreed upon, MOTHER does have the right to contact Domestic Relations. FATHER may have one full weeks vacation per year with CHILD. Two weeks notice must be given to MOTHER. MOTHER will be responsible for carrying health insurance of CHILD, In the event that MOTHER cannot get medical benefits, it will then be FATHER'S responsibility, In case of a medical emergency, both parents must be notified. Notification must be given to opposite parent if taking CHILD across state lines, Transportation shall be shared equally among both parents, Proper restraint of CHILD will be used at all times in a motor vehicle. Neither parent shall talk negatively or estrange CHILD from the other parent. There will be a designated place for pick-up and drop-off of CHILD unless otherwise decided by both parents, Grandparents on both MOTHER and FATHER'S side will have one weeks vacation per year with CHILD with two weeks notice given to both parents, Once again notice must be given if going across state lines. 1 .
