C. One-fourth of said residue shall be paid to my
grandson, Steven Eugene Nash, or his issue per stirpes.
IV - I appoint the parent or parents guardian of any
property which passes under this will or otherwise to a minor or
an incompetent and with respect to which I am authorized to
appoint a guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so.
Such guardian shall have the power to use principal as well as
income from time to time for the minor's education and support or
to make payment for those purposes without further responsibility
to the minor or to any person taking care of the minor. The said
guardianship shall terminate as to each beneficiary when he or
she reachea the age of 21 years, if a minor, or when declared
competent, if an incompetent.
V - I appoint my daughter, Brenda J. Nash, Executrix of
this, my Last Will and Testament. Should my said daughtG4 tail
to qualify or cease to act as such, then I appoint my granddaugh-
tor, Julie L. Nash, to act in this capacity. Neither of my
personal representatives shall be required to post bond in this
or any jurisdiction.
