forth the following:
SPECIFICATIONS OF CLAIM

a municipality located in the County of Cumberland, State of
Pennsylvania.
2. The name(s) of the owner(s) of the property against
which this claim is filed is (are): Jerry Lynch and Donna Lynch.
3. The property against which this claim is filed is
situate in the Southampton Township, cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and is more fully described in Cumberland County
Deed Book ":r ", Volume,36 , PageloC'1 , Tax Parcel
No. 39-37-2092-061. The address of the property is 2 Neil Road,
Shippensburg, PA 17257.
4. This claim for lighting assessment and rates is filed
under and by virtue of Section 3301 of the Second Class Township
Code.
5. Said lighting assessment and rates were charged for the
year 1995.
