This cause of action came on regularly for trial before the court, sitting without a
jury, on July 25, 1997, with Benjamin F, Riggs, Jr" appearing as attorney for
Plaintiff, and the Defendants appearing Pro Se; and the issues having been
tried, the Court being fully advised herein, know makes the following findings of
fact and conclusions of law, constituting the decision of the Court herein:
