SHARON CONRAD, Defendant :CIVIL ACTION - LAW : :NO: 1252 CIVIL 1997 :CUSTODY/VISITATION CONCILIATION coNFERENCE sUMMARY REPORT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CUMBERLAND COUNTY CIVIL RULE OF PROCEDURE 1915.3-8(b), the undersigned Custody Conciliator submits the following report: 1. plaintiff Khaldun Baseer Rasheed filed a complaint for Custody in the above case on March 17, 1997. The Complaint names Sharon Conrad as the Defendant. The Complaint at paragraph 3 alleges the child who is the subject of the action as an unnamed Conrad child with the age of approximately seven months. 2. The complaint recites that the plaintiff is incarcerated in the Dauphin County prison and has been in Prison since November of 1995. 3. Defendant has written to the undersigned conciliator indicating that there is no child at all and she does not know what the plaintiff is talking about. Defendant suggests in her correspondence to the Conciliator that she has two prior children who were born in 1976 and 1980, and Defendant even suggests that she is not physically capable of having any children. She denies any child from Mr. Rasheed. She asks that there be no hearing and she indicates she cannot take off work to attend a hearing. Defendant's letter to Conciliator is attached hereto and marked Exhibit A. ' 4. The Conciliator suggests that it is pointless to go through with a Conciliation Conference where the plaintiff is in Dauphin County prison and is appearing pro se, the Defendant will not appear at the hearing and the Defendant suggests there is no child which would be the basis of any custody dispute.
