GLENN C. MYERS
I, GLENN C. MYERS of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking any will previously marle by me.
I - I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses out of my estate as soon as may be practical after my death.
XI - I devise and bequeath all of my estate of whatever
nature and wherever situate unto my wife, Mary S. Myers, providing she
survives me by sixty (GO) days.
III - Should my said wife fail to be living on the sixty-
first (GIst) day fOllowing my death, then I devise and bequeath all
of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate as follows:
A. I bequeath certain items of my tangible personal
property, not inclUding cash and securities, in accordance with a
written list made by me during my lifetime. In the absence of designa-
tion on such a list, I direct that my executor hereinafter named
distribute my household goods and personal effects among my children

in as nearly equal shares as possible, and that the remainder be sold
and added to the residue of my estate.

B, I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate unto my
children, Marilyn Haar, Susan M. Geisler and Glenn C. Myers, Jr., the
share of a deceased child to be paid to his or her issue per stirpes.
IV - I appoint my daughter, Marilyn Haar, Executrix of
this, my Last Will and Testament. Should my said daughter fail to
qualify or cease to act as such, then I appoint my son, Glenn C. Myers,
Jr., to act in this capacity. Neither of my personal representatives
shall be required to post bond in this or any jurisdiction.

revoking any will previously made by me.
I - I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses out of my estate as soon as may be practical after my death.

nature and wherever situate unto my wife, Mary S. Myers, providing she
survives me by sixty (60) days.
III - Should my said wife fail to be living on the sixty-
first (6lst) day following my death, then I devise and bequeath all
of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate as follows:
A, I bequeath certain items of my tangible personal
property, not including cash and securities, in accordance with a
written list made by me during my lifetime, In the absence of designa-
tion on such a list, I direct that my executor hereinafter named
distribute my household goods and personal effects among my children
in as nearly equal shares as possible, ,and that the remainder be sold

Concerning the jewelry pieces of the Estate of Glenn Myers
on the following items have been examined and appraised.
The enclosed report, in duplicate, has been undertaken to
determine an approximate estate value for the items as described.
Each item has been examined to the best of my ability to
determine fair market value only. The procedures, wording and
values would all be different if this report was undertaken
for other purposes.
This report or any copy does not carry with it the right of
publication without prior written consent nor may it be used
for any purpose by anyone other than the above named, and as
such, may only be used in its entirety and with this cover
letter.
The specific description of the gems or jewelry is for the sole
purpose of identification in order to determine the parameters
for valuation, The description is based upon grading and other
techniques and equipment available to, and used by Landis
Jewelers, Inc., at the time of examination. The description
may reasonably vary from other descriptions of the items listed,
and may vary in the future as a result of changes and
improvements in grading techniques and equipment.
Unless otherwise stated, the weights of all mounted stones are
estimated by formula. Many mountings restrict examination of
details of the gemstone; unless specifically stated that stones
were removed and graded, statements referring to color and/or
internal pureness are provisional; approximate weights are
determined by volumetric calculation; estimate replacement cost
is based on assumed species, size and quality.

Volumetric calculations are approximate, based on estimated
measurements. The actual weight of any stone(s) can be
considerably different than the estimate by formula.
When items are marked with the fineness of the metal, the
appraised value is based on that marking unless otherwise stated.
When there is no marking on the item, the method used to estimate
the metal content is the nature and appearance of the material
as well as any testing as noted.
These pieces have been examined without the stone(s) being
removed from their settings and are appraised on that basis.
This is a fair market value at which the property would change
hands between a willing buyer and willing seller if both had
reasonable knowledge of relevant facts and neither was under
compulsion to buy or sell.

Item 1: Lady's diamond ring, 14kt. white gold. A brilliant
cut diamond measuring 6.50mm by 3.84mm, estimated weight by
formula 1.02ct., clarity VS1, color J, set in prongs. The girdle
of the diamond is chipped.
Item weight - 2.5 grams.
Item 2: Gent's diamond ring, 10kt. yellow and white gold.
A brilliant cut diamond measuring 3.B5mm by 1.9mm, estimated
weight by formula 0.20ct., clarity SI2, color J, bead set in
a white plate. The mounting is a holIowed, yellow gold light
weight style. The diamond is not round and the girdle is badly
chipped.
Item weight - 3.2 grams.
Item 3: Lady's diamond ring, platinum. The center diamond,
a brilliant cut measuring 6.00mm by 3.10mm, estimated weight
by formula 0.73ct., clarity VS , color G, set in prongs. There
are twelve single cut diamonds~ estimated total weight 0.12ct.,
set six on each side of the center diamond.
Item weight - 3.2 grams.
Item 4: Lady's three diamond ring, 14kt. yellow gold and
platinum. There is one brilliant cut diamond measuring 6.18mm
by 3.83mm, estimated weight by formula 0.92ct., clarity VS2,
color H. There is one brilliant cut diamond measuring 5.0omm
by 3.12mm, estimated weight by formula 0.48ct., clarity I2,
color H. There is one brilliant cut diamond measuring 5.o8mm
by 3.10mm, estimated weight by formula 0.51ct" clarity SI"
color H. The three diamonds are bead set in a platinum top
plate.
Item 5: Brooch, 10kt, yellow gold, 9kt. yellow gold and
gold filled combination. The top piece is a bar style containing
35 half pearls and five round cut rubies. The rubies are a
purple-red color, two 2.5mm, two 3.0mm and one 3.8mm in diameter.
There is a loose yellow gold filled drop with a small oval
amethyst. The brooch has had numerous alterations and the parts
do not match.

estimated woight by formula O.12ct. and five brilliant cut
diamonds estimated total weight by formula 0.13ct., all clarity
VS, color H. One diamond is missing from the mounting.
