3, Father shall have partial physical custody of the minor daughter from March 21, 1997 to March 28,
1997, at which time the minor daughter will be visiting with Father in Crystal Mountain, Washington.
4, Father will he responslhle for all transportation, arrangements, and expenses associated with his
visitation with his minor daughter, CHELSEA CLAIRE HOWARD.

6, All arrangements concerning Father's visitation with his minor daughter shall he made with Mother
while Mother is at her home. as no calls or arrangements can be made while Mother is at work.
7, The panies shall not malign each other or speak of ill or derogatory towards the other pany in front
of their minor daughter.
8. The panies acknowledge and accept that this Stipulation is fair and equitahle and that it is being entered
into freely and voluntarily,
9, The panies agree and acknowledge that this Stipulation shall be submilled to the Court of Common
Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania for entry as an Order of Coun,
IN WITNESS WIIEREOF, and intending to be legally bound by the terms set forth herein, the parties hereby
affix their hands and seals the date first ahove wrillen,
