Cumberland County, Pennsylvania l70llr being of sound and disposing
mind and memory, do hereby make, pUblish and declare this for and
as my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I - I direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, to
pay all my just and lawful debts and funeral expenses out of my
personal estate as soon after my decease as is convenient.
ITEM II - r give and bequeath the following:
A. To st. stephen's Episcopal Cathedral,
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania - $2,000.00.
B. To st. Stephen's Episcopal Cathedral

or its successor and common trust
funds and mortgage inveetment funds
whether maintained by my corporate
fiduciary or its successors or

ITEM VII - I nominate and appoint my daughter, SUSAN E.
LEFFLER, to be the Executrix of thisr my Last Will and Testament.
In the event SUSAN fails to qualify or refuses to act as the
Executrixr I nominate and appoint CUMBERLAND COUNTY NATIONAL BANKr
New Cumberland, Pennsylvania l7070r to be the Successor-Executor
of this, my Last will and Testament.
ITEM VIII - I direct that my Executrix shall not be
required to give bond for the faithful performance of her duties
in any jurisdiction.
