COMPLAINT IN CUSTODY
AND NOW comes ROBERTA E. GREENE, by her allorney, Samuel L. Andes, and
makes the following Complaint for custody based upon the following:
1. The Plaintiff is ROBERTA E. GREENE, who resides at 15 Southmont Drive, Enola,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. The Defendant is THOMAS L. SCHAEFER, who resides at 13B North Keesey
Street, York, York County, Pennsylvania, 17402.
3. The parties are the parents of one minor child, Jillian E. Schaefer, born 13
December 1990.
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant are husband and wife, having been married on 1 7
May 19B6 and separated in January of 1 994.
5. Plaintiff seeks primary physical custody of the minor child, Jillian E. Schaefer.
6. The child was not born out of wedlock and is presently in the custody of the
Plaintiff.

IN CUSTODY
STIPULATION
AND NOW come the above-named parties and stipulate and agree that the Court
shall enter an order providing for the legal and physical custody of their minor child, as
follows:
1. The parties hereto shall share legal custody of their minor daughter, Jillian E.
Schaefer, born December 13, 1990, and shall both participate in all important decisions
regarding the healthcare treatment, education, and religious training of the child.
2. The mother of the child, Roberta E. Greene, shall have primary physical
custody of the said child.
3. The father of the child, Thomas L. Schaefer, shall have such periods of
temporary or partial physical custody of the raid child as the parties may agree, which shall
include, at a minimum, the following:
A. One evening each week at times to be specifically arranged by
the parties.
B. One weekend per month, from Friday evening until Sunday
evening, the specific times and dates to be determined by the parties.
