and enforoing the oolleotion of Internal Revenue taxes due the
United States. I also certify that a oertifioate of release has
been erroneously issued for the Federal Tax Lien , 4098 Page 75
on property and rights to property belonging to FLANDEPS K. ONEAL,
459 Wood crest Drive, Mechaniosburg, Pa. 17055, based 0" an
assessment under IRC Section 6672 for the periods ended
June 30, 1983 and December 31, 1983.
Notioe of lien in the sum of THIRTY ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
SEVENTY ONE DOLLARS AND FIFTY SEVEN CENTS ($31,171.57) was filed
on June 5, 1985 with the Prothonotary of Cumberland County, State
of Pennsylvania, as provided by section 6323 of the Internal
Revenue Code.
