We, CLAUDIA E. BOYLE and SYLVIA A. BOYLE of 13 Arbutus
Avenue, Chelmsford, Massaohusetts, are named benefioiaries
under the Last Will of Edward P. Boyle, Deoeased, dated
August 16, 1989, do hereby state as follows:
1, Edward P. Boyle, Sr. died on July 28, 1994,
leaving a Last Will dated August 16, 1979, whioh was
admitted to Probate by the Register of Wills of Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania and Letters Testamentary thereon were
granted to Edward P. Boyle, Jr. on September 14, 1994.
(Copy of Last Will attaohed as Exhibit "A").
2. Item 2-A of the said Will bequeaths the sum of Two
Thousand Dollars to eaoh of the deoedent's five (5)
grandchildren living on the thirty-first (31stl day
fOllowing his death.
3. We are two (2) of the decedent's living
grandohildren.

4. We acknowledge that by the terme of the Last Will
of the deoedent, we are each lawfully entitled to Two
Thcusand Dollare ($2,000.00) as a specific bequest subject
to the provisions of Item 3 of the said Last Will wherein a
Testamentary Trust is established. We also acknowledge that
the Executor, Edward P. Boyle, Jr., through Lisa Marie
Coyne, Esquire, Attorney for the Estate of the Late Edward
P. Boyle, Sr., have previously provided a copy of the Last
Will and have disclcsed the specific bequest of Two Thousand
Dollars ($2,000.00) each to us.
5. As named beneficiaries under the Last Will of
Edward P. Boyle, Sr., deceased, the undersigned, upon full
disclcsure cf the terms of the said Will, hereby disclaim
without any reservation our eaoh individual interest under
Item 2-A of the Last Will of Edward P. Boyle, Sr.
6. By terms of Item 2-A of the Last Will, we
understand that the three (3l remaining grandchildren of the
decedent shall each reoeive Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00)
and that our renounced monetary bequest shall pass to the
residual heirs of the Last Will, that is, Edward P. Bcyle,
Jr. and James Boyle.
