This alternating schedule will begin with Father having Memorial Day in 1997 and the holidays shall alternate thereafter. 4. Mother shall always have the minor children from 12:00 noon on Christmas Eve until 2:00 p.m. on Christmas Day at which time she will deliver the children to Father who will have them from 2:00 p.m. on Christmas Day until December 27th at 6:30 p.m., at which time he will return the children to the Mother. 5. Both parties are entitled to two non-consecutive uninterrupted weeks of summer vacation with the children. Father shall provide Mother with notice of the two weeks in which he intends to exercise this period by May 1 st of each, and Mother shall notify Father by May 15th of each year. 6. Mother shall have the children on Mother's Day, and Father shall have the children on Father's Day. These periods of partial custody and visitation shall be from 9:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. 7.
