NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action in the nature ofa Temporary
Restraining Order has been commenced and is now pending in the Court of Common Pleas of
Cumberland County. Pennsylvania, between the parties above named for subsequent seizure of
the defendant/real property, along with all improvements, appurtenances. buildings and
structures, with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as plaintiff.
The defendant/real property located at 1190 Letchworth Road, Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is hereby placed under the Court's jurisdiction pursuant to
the Controlled Substance Forfeitures Act, 42 Pa. C.S.A. Section 6802 ~.
The Temporary Restraining Order has been filed with the Clerk of Judicial
