Box 4472, Harrisburg, PA 17111, 2, Defendants are Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc" whose place of business is at 20 Erford Road, Lemoyne, PA. and Locust Lane Realty Company, a pennsylvania general partnership, 3, On October 4, 1996, Plaintiff (Consolidated) entered into a written real estate purchase contract, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", by the terms of which Defendant Locust Lane Realty Company (Locust) agreed to sell and Consolidated agreed to purchase a commercial building known as 4918 Locust Lane, Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County, pennsylvania, for the purchase price of $260,000,00. 4, Pursuant to said contract, Consolidated made a down payment to Defendant, Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc.
