Objections to Plaintiff's Interrogatories stating as follows, to

have in its possession, a Fulton Bank savings account No. 9904-
20117 in the name of Daniel Becker and Melissa Beeker, joint
owners, with Ionni Abstract as escrow agent. The balance in the
account at the time of serviee was substantially in excess of the
amount set forth in the Writ of $3,416.11.
