abusing the plaintiff, Andrea J. Cntullo. or plncing her in fear
of abuse.
Thc defendant is ordcrcd to stny away from thc plaintiff's
residencc located at 208 Roxbury Road. Shippensburg, Cumberland
County, PcnnsYlvnnin, a rcsidcncc which is Icnsed solely by thc
plnintiff, and nny othcr rcsidencc thc plnintiff may cstnbl ish.

Prothonotnry und forwurded to the Sheriff for service. The
Prothonotury shull not send u copy of this Order to the defendant
by mail.
The Mid-Cumherland Vul Icy Regional, Pennsylvuniu State und
Middlesex Township Pol ice Departments will be provided with
certified copies of this Order by the pluintiff's attorney. This
Order shall be enforced hy uny law enforcement agency where a
violation occurs by urrest for indirect criminul contempt without
warrant upon probuble cause thut this Order has been violated,
whether or not the violution is committed in the presence of the
pol ice officer. In the e\'ent thut un arrest is made under this
section, the defendant shill I be tllken without unnecessary delay
he fore the court thut issued the order. When thllt court is
unllvllilable, the defendant shall be taken before the appropriate

Fehruary 1'1'17, when the plaintiff would pick up the
chi Idren for her periods of custody, the defendnnt
repentedly screamed nt the plaintiff calling her vile
nnmes, lhreatened to rip the door off of the car, and
stood by the open door preventing the plaintiff from
leaving causing her to fear for her snfety,
c. In or about the week of r.hristlllas 1'1'16, the
defendant screamed at the plaintiff, and when she

stepped on her hcei causing Pllin, When the plnintiff
tried to get away from the defendnnt hy getting into
her vehicle, the defendant quickly opened the driver's
door, crawled into the Cllr, got close to her fnce. and
placed his hllnds around the plllintiff pinning her in
the cllr and clIusing her to fear for her safety. As the
defendant screnllled in thl' pillintifr's fnce and cnlled
her vi Ie nallles, the plaint i ff feared for her safety and
continuously hlew the horn for help, not stopping until
the defendnnt got out or the cnr and she was free to

leave the /lrea.
d. In or /lbout December 1996, when the piaintiff wns
not home, the defendnnt falsified his identity to n
realtor nnd gnined entry into her apartment, n
residence lensed solely in her name. The plaintiff
fen red for her snfety upon being informed nbout this
incident. The defendant was found guilty of defiant
trespass and ordered to pay a fine,
e. On or about November 1996, the defendant grabbed
the youngest daughter from the plaintiff's nrms /lnd
verbally harassed her at a parade, Fearing for her
safety, the plaintiff tried to run away, but the
defendnnt chased after her. The defendant chased the
plnint i ff for about ~o minutes before the plaint i ff was
able to get away.
f, On numerous occasions, in or about September 1996,
the defendant telephoned the plaintiff harassing her
and cal ling her vile names causing her to fear for her
safety, The plaintiff filed harassment by
conullunicat ions charges against the defendant.
g. In or about February 1996, the defendant followed
the pia int i ff throughout the house and restrained her
hy blocking doorways causing her to fear for her
safety, At one point during this incident, the
defendant forcefully grahbed the plaint i ff by her

shoulders IIl1d shoved her hllekwards, To IIvoid further
abuse, the plaint i ff ran outside, got into her car, and
drove away with the defendallt running nfter her. When
the plaintiff returned to the residence, the defendant
rnn out toward the cnr with his fists elenched cnusing
the plnintiff to fear for her safety, agnin lenve the
residence, nnd call the [lol ice who ri led harassment
charges against the defendallt.
h. From approximately Novemher 1'195, the defendnnt
repentedly hnrnssed the plnintiff hy CIII ling her names,
repeatedly telephoning her, follow her around the
house, restraining her from leaving a room, nnd on many
occasions stood outside her bedroom for severnl hours
constantly screaming at her cnusi~g her to fear for her
sllfety. On olle occnsion, when the plllintiff refused to
have sex, the defelldant got on top of her and she had
to escape hy runnillg out of the room. When she did
this, the defendnnt rnn aftcr her, put his arms around
her body, nnd forcefully squeezed her causing pain.
5. On or nhout Mny 1'197, the plaintiff left her residence
nt 326 Briar I.nne. Chambershurg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania,
in ordcr to avoid further abuse.
6. The plaintiff believes and therefore nVers thnt she is
in immedinte and present dnnger of nhuse from the defendant and
that she is in need of protecl ion frol1l such ahuse,

7. The pluintiff desires thut the defendnnt be prohibited
from having any direct or indirect contnct with the plnintiff
including, but not iimited to, telephone nnd written
communicntions, excepl for the limited purpose of fncilitating
custody nrrnngements,
8. The plnintiff desires thnt the defendant be enjoined
from hnrassing nnd stnlking the plnintiff, and from harnssing the
plnintifr's relatives,
9. The plnintiff desires thnt the defendnnt be restrnined
from entering her place of employment or business,
10. The plaint i ff desires that the defendant be enjoined
from removing, damaging, destroying or sl'll ing any property owned
jointly by the parties or owned sulely by the plaintiff.

sources for the cost of litigating this case,

from Ahuse Act" of October 7. 1'176,23 Pa.C,S, ~ hlOI et seQ., as

amended, the plaint i ff prays this 1I0norahle Court to grant the
following relief:
A. Grant a Temporary Order pursuant to the
"Protection from Abuse Act:"
1. Ordering the defendant to refrain from
abusing the plaintiff or placing her in fear of
abuse.
2. Ordering the defendant to refrain from hllving
any direct or indirect contact with the plaintiff
including, hut not limited to. telephone lInd
written co~nunications, except to fllcilitate
custody arrangements,
], Ordering the defendant to refrain from
harassing and stalking the plaintiff and from
harllssing the plaintiff's relatives.
4. Prohihiting the defendant from entering the
plaintiff's place of employment or her business,
5, Prohihiting the defendant from removing,
damaging, destroying or sel I ing property jointly
owned by the parties or owned solely by the
plaintiff,
6, Ordering the defendant to stay away from the
plaintiff's residellce located at 20M Roxbury Road,
Shippt'nshurg, Cumherland County, Pennsylvania,
which the parties have neVer shared, and any other
