EXHIBIT A
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel and lot of land situate on the east side of Rolling
Hills Drive in the Township of Upper Allen, county of cumberland, commonwealth of
pennsylvania, and being Lot No. 89 on the Final subdivision Plan of Bowmans Hill,
phase III, recorded in the Office of the Recordsr of Deeds in and for Cumberland
county, pennsylvania, in Plan Book 70, pags 39, and being more fully bounded and
described as follows, to witl
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern right-of-way line of Rolling Hills Drive at the
dividing line of Lot No. 88, Bowmans Hill phase 2, recorded in Plan Book 68, Page 15,
and Lot No. 89, herein described; thence by said dividing line South seventy-five
(75) degrees twenty-four (24) minutes twenty-two (22) seconds East, a distance of one
hundred fifty-three and seventy-six one-hundredths (153.76) feet to a point at the
dividing line of Parcel "F" and Lot No. 89, hsrein deacribsd; thence by said dividing
line, south twelve (12) degreee forty (40) minutes twenty-trhee (23) seconds West, a
distance of seventy-eight and thirty-two one-hundredths (78.32) feet to a point at
the dividing line of Lot No. 90 snd Lot No. 89, herein described; thence by said
dividing line, North seventy-four (74) degrees five (5) minutes forty-eight (48)
seconds West, a distance of one hundred fifty-six and fifty-one one-hundredths
(156.51) feet to a point on the eastern right of way linA of Rollings Hill Drive;
thence by said right-of-way line the following two courses and distances I (1) by a
curve to the left having a radius of three hundred twenty-five and no one-hundredths
(325.00) feet and an arc length of seven and forty-three one-hundredths (7.43) feet,
the chord of said curve being North fifteen (15) degrees fourteen (14) miutea
fifty-five (55) seconds East, a distance of seven and forty-three one-hundredths
(7.43) feet to a point; and (2) North fourteen t14) degrees thirty-five (35) minutes
thirty-eight (38) seconds East, a distance of sixty-seven and twenty-seven
one-hundredths (67.27) feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Robert B. Hollinger, widower, by Alice E. Hartman, his
attorney-in-fact, John D. Hollinger,w idower, and Gene W. Hollinger and Dorothy J.
Hollinger, his wife, by Deed bearing date the 26th day of March, 1993, and recorded
in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for cumberland County, Penneylvania, on the
29th of March, 1993, in Deed Book E-36, Page 813, granted and conveyed unto Bowman's
Bill Associates, a Pennsylvania general partnership.
