Joseph costa "owner' SUbdivider", recorded in Plan Book 52, page 106, situate in
silver spring Township, cumberland county, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded
and described as follows I
BEGINNING at a point eight hundred thirty-six (836) feet from the center line of the
intersection of Cumberland Drive and Ridge Hill Road; aaid point also being at the
Southwest corner of Tract No. 2 as shown on the aforesaid plan, thence south
seventy-two (72) degrees zero (00) minutes zero (00) seconds west, a distance of one
hundred and no one-hundradths (100.00) feet along the right of way line of Ridge Hill
Road, Township Route T-577 to a corner of lands now or formerly of samuel s.
potteiger; thence North eighteen (18) degrees zero (00) minutes zero (00) seconds
we8t, a distance of two hundred seventeen and eighty one-hundredths (217.80) feet
along said lands now or formerly of samuel s. potteiger to a point at line of said
lands now or formerly of Samuel s. Potteiger; thence North seventy-two (72) degrees
zero (00) minutes zero (00) seconds East, a distance of one hundred and no
one-hundredthe (100.00) feet along said lands now or formerly of Samuel S. potteiger
to a point at the Northwest corner of said Tract No.2; thence South eighteen (18)
degrees zero (00) minutes zero (00) seconds East, a distance of two hundred seventeen
and eighty one-hundredths (217.80) feet along said Tract No.2 to a point at the
place of BEGINNING.
BEING THE SAME PREHISES which Joseph Costa and Audrey J. Costa, his wife, by Deed
