Dorothy G. Stoddart, and
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of land, situate in the Borough
of West Fairview, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the western boundary line of Third
Street, said point being at a distance of 30 feet, more or
less, measured northwestwardly from the northwest corner of
Third Street and a 20 foot alley ~ thence in a westerly
direction along a line running through the middle of the
partition wall of a double two story frame dwelling house,
standing in part on the lot herein described 111 feet, more or
less, to a point on the eastern boundary line of an alley
through which a brook f1ows~ thence in a northerly direction
along the eastern boundary line of said alley 30 feet, more or
less, to a point on the southern line of Lot No. 11, Plot "C",
on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots~ thence in an
easterly direction along the southern line of said Lot No. 11,
Plot "C", 110 feet, more or less, to a point on the western
line of Third Street; thence in a southerly direction along
the western line of Third Street 30 feet, more or less, to a
point, the place of BEGINNING.
