MUNICIPAL LIEN
The Borough of West Fairview hereby files a claim against
Nancy L. Seilhamer and Philip W. Seilhamer, Sr., her husband,
and
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the
Borough of West Fairview, cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and
described according to a survey by Gerrit J. Betz, R.S., dated
march 10, 1973 as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a P.K. Nail on the West side of Second Street (50
feet wide) at the corner of an alley 16 feet wide, said point
being measured along the said side of Section Street 250 feet
South of the Southwest corner of second and North Streets;
thence extending from said point of beginning and along the
said side of Second Street, South 02 degrees West 24.5 feet to
a P.K. Nail at the corner of lands now or formerly of Melvin
Peiffer, North 88 degrees 00 minutes West, a distance of 139
feet to a hub on the East side of an alley 16 feet wide;
thence along said alley North 02 degrees 00 minutes East, a
distance of 24.5 feet to a P.K. Nail at the corner of an
alley; thence along said alley South 88 degrees 00 minutes
East, a distance of 139 feet to a point, the place of
BEGINNING. BEING known as No. 116 Second Street.
for Sewer charges and Garbage assessment, duly rated and
assessed upon said property, and registered for nonpayment
according to law, together with the interest, penalties and
other charges lawfully due thereon as follows, to wit:
Principal Sewer and Garbage Assessment $1,230.72
Costs $ 14.00
Altogether being the sum of one thousand two hundred
forty-four dollars and seventy-two cents ($1,244.72) with
interest from the date of filing, which is claimed as a lien
against said premises; said Sewer charges were authorized and
directed to be levied by the following Ordinances of the
Borough of West Fairview: ordinance 102 enacted on August 17,
1964, as amended by Ordinance 182 enacted May 9, 1977,
Ordinance 196, enacted December 1, 1980, Ordinance 212,
enacted December 27, 1984, Ordinance 213, enacted December 27,
1984 and Ordinance 244, enacted March 8, 1989; and said
Garbage assessment was authorized and directed to be levied by
the following Ordinances of the Borough of West Fairview:
Ordinance 137 enacted January 27, 1970, as amended by
Ordinance 253 enacted December 30, 1991, agreeably to the
several acts of assembly relating thereto.
