7. Said note is in default because Defendant herein has failed to pay the payments that
were due and owing for the months of September through December 1996, January 1997, and
February 1997,
8. By reason of the aforesaid default, the entire principal balance of Eight Thousand Six
Hundred Seventy-seven and 75/100 ($8,677.75) Dollars, with interest thereon at the rate of
12 % per annum computed from September 4, 1996, court cost and attorney's fees in the
amount of twenty (20) percent is now due and payable.
9. The Defendant is liable to the Plaintijffor the following on said note and security
agreement:
A. Principal amount and interest
due to date 57,110.58
B. Court Cost 145.50
C. Attorney's Collection fee: 1,421.67
TOTAL:
58,677.75
WHEREFORE, Plaintijfprays the Court to enter judgment in favor ofPlaintijf for the
amount of Eight Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-seven and 75/100 ($8,677.75) Dollars
together with interest thereon, attorney's fees and court costs and all other amounts advanced
by Plaintiff.
