The Borough of West Fairview hereby files a claim against
Dorothy G. stoddart, and 426 Third street, described as:

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of land, situate in the Borough
of West Fairview, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the western boundary line of Third
street, said point being at a distance of 30 feet, more or
less, measured northwestwardly from the northwest corner of
Third street and a 20 foot alley; thence in a westerly
direction along a line running through the middle of the
partition wall of a double two story frame dwelling house,
standing in part on the lot herein described 111 feet, more or
less, to a point on the eastern boundary line of an alley
through which a brook flows; thence in a northerly direction
along the eastern boundary line of said alley 30 feet, more or
less, to a point on the southern line of Lot No. 11, Plot "c",
on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence in an
easterly direction along the southern line of said Lot No. 11,
Plot "C", 110 feet, more or less, to a point on the western
line of Third Street; thence in a southerly direction along
the western line of Third Street 30 feet, more or less, to a
point, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING LOT NO. 10, Plot "C", on the Plan of Lots laid out by
Henry R. May and recorded in the Office of the recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Plan Book 1, Page 23.
for Sewer charges and Garbage assessment, duly rated and
assessed upon said property, and registered for nonpayment
according to law, together with the interest, penalties and
other charges lawfully due thereon as follows, to wit:
