this Instrument as my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, In manner and form

1. I hereby caneel, annul and revoke all wills and codicils
by me at any time heretofore made;
2. I hereby appoInt my husband, CALVIN R. BURTNER of New
Cumberland, Pennsylvania, as executar of this my LAST WILL AND
TESTAMENT, and I request that he be permitted to serve without
bond and without sorety thereon and without the Intervention of
any court or courts, probate or otherwise, except as required
~ law; I hereby authorize and empower my said executor, in hIs
absolute discretion, to sell, exchange, convey, transfer, assign,
mortgage, pledge, lease or rent the whole or any part of my real
or personal estate (any purchaser thereof not to be required to
see to the application of the purchase price), to invest, reinvest,
or retain Investments of, my said estate In other than legal invest-
ments; to settle, compromise, adjust or submit to arbitrstion, In
