LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
MARIA BONAVENTURA
I, MARIA BONAVENTURA, of the Borough of New Cumberland,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and
revoke any will previously made by me.
ITEM I: I direct that my Co-Executrices hereinafter named shall
pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may
be done after my decease.
ITEM II: I bequeath the sum of $500.00 to ST. THERESA'S CATHOLIC
CHURCH, Bridge Street, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
ITEM III: I bequeath the sum of $500.00 to my sister, ANNA
DiFABRIZIO, of Via G. B. Dusmet 10, Primavalle, Rome, Italy 00168,
provided she is living at the time of my death.
ITEM IV: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue, and
remainder of my estate of every nature and wherever situate in equal
shares to my daughters, MARY JANE HOBAUGH and GILDA V. DiTONNO, or
their issue, per stirpes.
ITEM V: I appoint my daughters, MARY JANE HOBAUGH and GILDA V.
DiTONNO, Co-Executrices of this my last will.

pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may
be done after my decease.

ITEM III: I bequeath the sum of $500.00 to my sister, ANNA

one of the beneficiaries under the will of Maria Bonaventura, do

due me by virtue of the death of Maria Bonaventura, in full satisfac-
tion and settlement of all of my rights and claims under her estate.
I further declare, intending to be legally bound, that I hereby
waive my right to require the filing of a First and Final Account and
Proposed Schedule of Distribution in any Court of Common Pleas having
jurisdiction over the same, and I acknowledge that I have had an
opportunity to examine copies of the books and records of the said
estate, and I agree to the final distribution of the estate without
further formalities, and with the same force and effect as if a First
and Final Account and Proposed Distribution had been filed in a Court
of Common Pleas of Pennsylvania having jurisdiction over the sarna and
