1. GE CAPITAL MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC., (hereinafter referred
to as 'Plaintiff'), is a MORTGAGE SERVICE CORPORATION conducting
business under the lawlI of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
and brings this action to foreclose the Mortgage between
MICHAEL J. DELLI
SUSAN D. DBLLI
(hereinafter referred to a_ 'Defendant(_)'), and itaelf aa ~rtg.q..
by assignment.
Said Mortgage was dated 10/28/92 and is recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds and Mortgages in and for CUMBERLAND
County, Pennsylvania, in Mortgage Book 1099

253 , and was subsequently assigned as follows:

A copy of the Mortgage, and Assignment(s) of Mortgage, if any, are
attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit(s) A and B respectively.
2. The mortgage secures Defendants' Note dated 10/28/92,
in the amount of
$68000.00, payable to Plaintiff in monthly
installments with an interest rate of
0.075000. A copy of
the Note is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit C.
3. The land subject to the mortgage is known as:

consideration is in excess of $50,000,00. A Notice of the Homeowner's
Emergency Mortgage Assistance was sent to the Defendant(s) by certified
mail on 05/12/95, A copy of the Notices are attached hereto and made
a part hereof as Exhibit D. The Defendant(s) has/have not cured the
default.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests the Court enter Judgment in Mortgage
Foreclolure for the sale of the mortgaged property in Plaintiff'. favor
and against the Defendant(I), in the .um of $83995.75, together

BEGINNING at a point in the southerly dedicated right of way line

the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots~ thence along said dividing
line South 6 degrees 14 minutes East 200 feet to a point~ thence 83
degrees 46 minutes East 100 feet to a point at the dividing line
between Lots Nos. 4 and 5 on the plan~ thence along said dividing

southerly dedicated right of way line of Baish Road~ thence
