DELLI SUSAN D. DBLLI (hereinafter referred to a_ 'Defendant(_)'), and itaelf aa ~rtg.q.. by assignment. Said Mortgage was dated 10/28/92 and is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds and Mortgages in and for CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, in Mortgage Book 1099 , Page 253 , and was subsequently assigned as follows: Mortgage Book 455 , Page 485 . A copy of the Mortgage, and Assignment(s) of Mortgage, if any, are attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit(s) A and B respectively. 2. The mortgage secures Defendants' Note dated 10/28/92, in the amount of $68000.00, payable to Plaintiff in monthly installments with an interest rate of 0.075000. A copy of the Note is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit C. 3. The land subject to the mortgage is known as: 1157 BAISH ROAD, MECBANICSBURG, PA 17055. A full metes and bounds description is attached hereto. 4. The following individual(s) is/are the real owner(s) of the land subject to the mortgage and his/her/their address(es) is/are: MICBABL J. DBLLI 1157 BAISH ROAD MBCBANICSBURG, PA 17055- SUSAN D, DBLLI 1157 BAISH ROAD MECBANICSBURG, PA 17055- PAGB TWO 5. The Mortgage is now in default due to the failure of the Defendant(s) to make payments as they became due and owing.
