Denison Cantor Attorney at Law REAGER , ADLER, P.C. 2331 Market street Camp Hill, PA 17011 , RE: Deborah Thumma vs. Tom Thumma No. 97 - 1515 Civil In Divorce Dear Ms. Dolgos and Ms. Cantor: By order of Court of President Judge George E. Hoffer dated April 21, 1999, the full-time Master has been appointed in the above referenced divorce proceedings. A divorce complaint was filed on March 24, 1997, raising grounds for divorce of irretrievable breakdown of the marriage and indignities, and the economic claims of equitable distribution and alimony pendente lite. No claim for alimony or counsel fees and expenses has been raised. The motion for appointment of Master, however, indicates that counsel fees, costs, and expenses are before the Master but, as noted, no pleading has been filed raising that claim. I am going to proceed on the basis that grounds for divorce are not an issue and that the parties will either sign affidavits of consent or have been separated for a period in exceS8 of two years. If that is not correct, please advise and we will schedule a hearing on the alternative grounds Of indignities. Based on my assumption that grounds for divorce are not an issue, I am directing each counsel to file a pre-trial statement in accordance with P.R.C.P. 1920.33(b) on or before Monday, May 24, 1999. Upon receipt of the pre-trial atateaenta, DEBORAH THUMMA, . IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF . Plaintiff CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA . . VS. : CIVIL ACTION - LAW . . . NO. 97 - 1515 CIVIL . Very truly yours, Date of Notice: 6/2/99 E. Robert Elicker, II Divorce Master has been advised that they have reached a settlement with respect to the claim of equitable distribution. Counsel are going to place on the record the agreement with respect to resolving the economic claim.
