NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNI~SSI~T1I: Thai the suid Contractor, for
and in consideration of the sum of Onc Dollar ($1.00) to said ('Olllrnclor in hund paid hy Owncr, the
receipt whereofis hereby acknowlcdged, and the filrthcr considl'rnlionmentioned in the agrcement
aforesaid, for himself, and his subcontractors, and all parties acting through or undcr them, covenant
and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall he IiIcd or nlllinlained hy thcmor any of them
against the said buildings and improvements and the 101 of ground appurtcnant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished hy thcm or IIny of Ihcm under said contract or

situate in thc Borough of Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as 339-341 East
King Street, in said Borough, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING on the west by a public alley known as North Walters Avenuc; on the North by a
public alley known as East Martin A venue; on the East by land now or formerly of H T Properties;
and on thc south by East King Street, said lot having a frontage on East King Street of thirty-six (36)
feet eight (08) inches, morc or less, and a depth of two hundred fifty (250) feet, more or less, to thc
said East Martin Avenue on the north, and being known on the ground plan ofthc said Borough as
