and Samantha A. Gonzalez shall be placed in their maternal
grandmother, the Petitioner, subject to periods of partial
physical custody by the Respondent, the natural mother, as
provided herein.

STIPULATION
AND NOW, this
day of March, 1997, comes Cynthia A.
Manion and Faith Marchiano, to stipulate as follows:
(1) Petitioner is Cynthia A. Manion, an adult individual
who currently resides at 403 Petersburg Road, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
(2) Respondent is Faith Marchiano, an adult individual
who currently resides at 401 Petersburg Road, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
(3) The children who are the subject of this Stipulation
are Cassandra E. Gonzalez (DOB 4/7/90) and Samantha A. Gonzalez
(DOB 4/21/91) .
(4) The Petitioner is the maternal grandmother of the
children, and the Respondent is the natural mother of the
children.
(5) At the present time, the Respondent has full legal

and physical custody of said children.
(6) The parties agree that the Petitioner, Cynthia A.
Manion, shall have primary physical custody of the said
children.
(7) The parties further agree that the Respondent shall
enjoy periods of partial custody/visitation at times to be
mutually agreed upon by the parties.
