MARSH, Owner MUNICIPAL LIEN MUNICIPAL CLAIM AND NOW, comes the Borough of Mount Holly Springs, who files this Municipal Claim against Debra K. Marsh, owner, and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, described as follows: 20 Center Street Mount Holly Springs, PA 17065 Tax Property Map: 23-32-2338 Parcel Number: 008 for sewer, water and trash services rendered from June 17, 1996 through December 12, 1996. Said services were rendered pursuant to Borough Code of Ordinances, Chapter XXIV, Part 2, as amended. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owners' account with the Borough of Mount Holly Springs, which sum of $245.36 for the above period was duly assessed against the above Owner and premises beginning June 17, 1996 and for which sum, with interest, costs and penalties, a lien is claimed against L^W OFFlCCS SNELOAKER.
