. ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in Upper Allen
TownShip, CUmberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as
follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern dedicated right-of-way line of
Harvest Lane, said point being on the boundary line of Lot Nos. 2-4
and 2-5 on the hereinafter montioned plan of lots; thence along the
southern dedicated right-of-way line of Havest Lane, North 56 degrees
19 ~inutes 00 seconds East, one hundred fortY-five and zero
one-hundredths (145.00) feet to a point on the diViding line between
Lot Nos. 2-5 and 3-4 on the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots; thence
continuing along said dividing line, south 33 degrees 41 minutes 00
seconds East, three hundred twentY-four and fifty-one one-hundredths
(324.51) feet to a point; thence South 55 degrees 59 minutes 48
seconds West, thirty-four and twenty-one one-hundredths (34.21) feet
to a point on the dividing line between Lot Nos. 2-5 and 2-6 on the
