(1) Settlement of the claim of the minor Cameron Hoobler, born October 10,
1994, in the amount of $500, IS APPROVED,
(2) The guardians of the minor, R:>bert J. Hoobler and Erin K. Hoobler, shall
open a federally insured account in the Harris Savings Bank in the amount of $500
"IN THE NAME OF CAMERON HOOBLER, A MINOR, BORN OCTOBER 10, 1994,"
(3) The account shall contain the notation NO WITHDRAWALS SHALL BE
MADE UNTIL CAMERON HOOBLER AlTAINS HIS MAJORITY.
(4) Robert J. Hoobler and Erin K. Hoobler are authorized to settle the claim of
the minor Cameron Hoobler and to execute all documents necessary to effectuate
that settlement.
