LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
MARY E. BAKER
I, Mary E. Baker, of South Middleton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last Will and
Testament and revoke all Wills and Codioils previously made by
me.
ITEM I: I direot that my just debts, funeral expenses, and
the expenses of the administration of my estate, inclUding any
state, federal or other death taxes payable because of my death,
shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable
after my deceaee, as a part of the expense of the administration
of my estate.
ITEM II: I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every
nature and wherever situate in equal shares unto my ten (10)
ahildren, Lawrence, Samuel, DaVid, Dale, ViCkie, Betty, Shirley,
Ragene, Paul and Robert, prOVided, however, that the share of any
of my said children who predeceases me shall be distributed to
his or her issue, per stirpes, living on my date of death, and in
default of SUch then liVing issue, such sharo shall be divided
among my then liVing children and the issue, per stirpes, of my
then deoeased children.
ITEM III: I appoint my daughters, Shirley Mummert and
Ragene Wallaoe, Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
ITEM IV: I direct that my personal representatives, as well

dated May, 1947. Being tho same premises which Richard L. Motter
and Lena M. Motter, his wife, by their deed dated November 1,
1947 and recorded in tho Office of the Recorder of Deeds in und
for Cumberland county in Deed Book lip", Vol. 14, Page 14 granted
and convoyed unto Samuel A. Baker and Mary E. Baker, husband and
wife.

BEGINNING at an iron pin in the center of Mountain street (now
Zion.Road) extended, of the Borough of Mount Holly Springs; the
said point being the southeast corner of Lot No, 10 on the
hereinafter mentioned PIon of Lots and a common corner of Tract
No. 1 hereof and other land now or formerly of Richard L. Motter
et ux.; thence by the center line of said street North 210 55'
East 50 feet to a point; thence by other land now or formerly of
Richard L, Motter at ux. North 750 25' West 279 feet, more or
less, to a point on tho western line of Lot No. 10; thence by the
western line of said lot south 250 23' West 50 feet, more or
less, to a point the Southwestern corner of said Lot; thence by
the Southern line of said Lot South 750 25' East 280.5 feet, more
or less, to the place of Beginning.
BEING the Southern 50 feet of Lot No. 10 on the Plan of Lots laid
out for Richard Motter by Clark of Bryan, Registered Surveyor, in

BEING the sarno premises which Richard L. Motter and Lena M.

Testament dated March 31, 1993 designated Shirley Mummert and

issued Letters of Administration to the said Executrices on

MARY E. BAKER
I, Mary E. Baker, of South Middleton Township, Cumberland
County, PennsYlvania, declare this to be my last will and
Testament and revoke all wills and Codicils previously made by
me.
ITEM I: I direct that my just debts, funeral expenses, and,
the expenses of the administration of my estate, including any
state, federal or other death taxes payable because of my death,
shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable
after my decease, as a part of the expense of the administration
of my estat.e.
IT~~ II: I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every
nature and wherever situate in equal shares unto my ten (10)
children, Lawrence, Samuel, David, Dale, Vickie, Betty, shirley,
Rogene, Paul and Robert, provided, however, that the share of any
of my said children who predeceases me shall. be distributed to
his or her issue, per stirpes, living on my date of death, and in
default of such then living issue, such share shall be divided
among my then living children and the issue, per stirpes, of my
then deceased children.
ITEM III: I appoint. my daughters, shirley Mummert and
Rogene Wallace, Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
ITEM IV: I direat that my personal representatives, as well
