WHEREAS, DAVID P. CROSSLEY and LOIS S. CROSSLEY of 2S Cumberland Estates Drive,
Mechan1csburg, Pennsylvania, Is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with FARINELLI
CONSTRUCTION, INC, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a building upon premises
commonly known as 5514 GENERAL JENKINS DRIVE, LOT NO. 22 SIGN HILL, TOWNSHIP Oil
HAMPDEN MECHANICSBURG, CUMBERLAND eounty, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated
Juiy 8, 1996, recorded at Deed Book 143, Page 621, In the Recorder's Office for CUMBERLAND eounty,
Penmy1V1l1lia, as Il10le specifically described in Exhibit. A. which is incorporated herein and attached hereto.
NOW, APRIL 4, 1997, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract,
and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the
said building, or purchase materials for the same In consideration of the making of the said contract with
Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that
no lien shal1 be filed against the building by the eontractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the
materialmen or workmen or any other pcr80n for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

BEGINNING at a point on the northern right.of-way line of Gen. Jenkins
Drive. a 50 foot wide street. said point being the southwestern corner
of Lot No. 23; thence along said right-of-way line along a curve to the
left having a radius of 60.00 feet and arc length of 92.51 feet. said
arc being subtended by a chord of South 30 degrees 42 minutes 13 seconds
West a distance of 83.62 feet to a point; thence continuing along a
curve to the right having a radius 20.00 feet an an arc length of 31.50
feet, said arc being subtended by a chord of South 31 degrees 3B minutes
55 seconds West a distance of 28.34 feet. said arc being sub tended by a
chord of South 31 degrees 38 minutes 55 seconds Hest a distance of 28.34
feet to a point; thence continuing along a curve to the right having a
radius of 325.00 feet and an arc length of 76.30 feet. said arc being
subtended by a chord of South 83 degrees 29 minutes 31 seconds West a
distance of 76.13 feet to a point, said point being the southeastern
