STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the 3rd day of April, 1997, by and
between RUSSELL C. GOODLING, of 2920 Dickinson Avenue, camp Hill,
Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, AND RUSSELL
C. GOODLING, of 2920 Dickinson Avenue, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania,
hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertook
and agreed to erect and construct a single-family residential
dwelling on that certain lot of ground situate in Hampden
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot 392 on the
Final Subdivision Plan of The Highlands of Hampden square, Phase
IV, recorded in Plan Book 66, Page 17. Being a part of the same
premises which South Central Services Corporation, et al. by Deed
dated August 13, 1987 and recorded in Deed Book "W", Volume 32,
Page 414, and which Hampden Square Development Company by Deed
dated November 17, 1988 and recorded in Deed Book "R", Volume 33,
Page 1077, granted and conveyed unto Highlands of Hampden Square
Partnership. Also being the same premises which Highlands of
Hampden Square Partnership by Deed dated !1(,{ L '/1 .) 0 , 1997
and about to be recorded herewith granted and conveyed unto
Russell C. Goodling.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in
the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors,
and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree
