1. I, Kimberly Dunn, am the defendant in the above-
captioned action, which is an appeal from a jUdgment rendered by
District Justice Robert V. Manlove on March 31, 1997, awarding
Plaintiff possession of the house in which I reside.
2. The rent for my house, located at 901 Chester Road,
Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17025, ;s $351.00 per
month, and becomes due on the 1st day of each month.
3. My rent for April, 1997 has been paid (see attached
receipt), and my next rent payment will be due on or before May
1, 1997.
4. I verify that the statements made in this Affidavit are
true and correct. I understand that false statements herein are
made sUbject to the penalties of 18 Pa. C.S. 4904, relating to
unsworn falsification to authorities.
