WHEREAS, to secure the collection of said tax, notice of the lien of the United States, attaching to all the property
and rights to property of the said taxpayer on account of said tax Indebledness, was filed with the Prothonotary, for the
Counlv of Cumberland, In accordance with the applicable provisions of law,
WHEREAS, the lien of the United States, listed above, for said tax has attached to certain property described as:
ALL that certain tract of land, with the Improvements thereon erected, situate In the Third Ward of
the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Western side of Mooreland Avenue, at a point which Is 75 feet North
of the dividing line between Lots Nos, 104 and 105 as they appear on the Plan of Lots of East Hills, as the same Is
recorded In the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County In Plan Book No, 4, Page 39, and which
point Is also on the line of land formerly of Donald T, Sentz and now of James Line and wife; thence by said Western
line of Mooreland Avenue, South 13 degrees 02 minutes West, 125 feet to a point on the same and at line of land of
Luther M, Whitcomb and wile, and which point Is also 50 feet South of the dividing line between Lots Nos, 104 and
105; thence by the line of land of Luther M, Wh~comb and wile, North 76 degrees 58 minutes West, 100 feet to an
Iron pin; thence by the same, South 13 degrees 02 minutes West, 10 feet to an Iron pin; thence by the same, North
78 degrees 58 minutes West, 70 feet to a point; thence by the same, South 13 degrees 02 minutes West, 104,92
feet, more or less, to the line of land now or formerly of Carl H, and Helen Weaver; thence by said Weaver land,
North 76 degrees 58 minutes West, 5 feet to a point: thence by a line running through part of Lot No, 96, through Lot
Nos, 95 and 94 and through part of Lot No, 93 of said Plan of Lois, North 13 degrees 02 minutes East, 249,92 feet
to a point on the Southern line of land of Charles M, Sanders, Jr, and wile; thence along the line of land of said
Sanders, South 76 degrees 58 minutes East, 5 feet to the Western line of land of James Line and wife; thence by
the latter South 13 degrees 02 minutes West, 10 feet, more or less, to the Southern line of land of James Line and
wile, thence along said Line land, South 76 degrees 58 minutes East, 170 feet to the Place of BEGINNING; being
parts of Lots No, 105 and No, 104, No, 93, No, 94, No, 95, and No, 96 of the aforesaid Plan of Lots; and being
subject to the building and use restrictions recorded with and applicable to said Plan of Lots and to the utilily
easements shown thereon and specifically subject to the modification and change of location of a utlllly easement
running from Mooreland Avenue to Hillside Drive, the center line of which is 35 feet South of the center line of the
utility easement shown on said Plan of Lots,
