1. Plaintiff, ZEPlIN/S SECURITY GROUP, is a Pennsylvania company with a
place of business of 2026 Market Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County Pennsylvania.
2. Defendants, PAUL & KIM CARLEVALE, individuals with a place of residence
at 7102 Fox Meadow Drive, Hummelstown, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
3. Plaintiff and Defendants agreed to a five year contract for installation, which
included monitoring of the security system.
4. Defendanls failed to fulfi II its obi igation under the five year contract.
5. Defendants failed to pay in full the remaining contract fee for monitoring of
the security system contract.
6. Plaintiff has incurred court cost and has retained legal counsel and continues
to incur cost in protecting Plaintiff/s legal interest.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, demands judgment against the Defendant in the amount of
$1,180.00/ plus interest, plus attorney's fees and cost of this action.
