cumberland, Commonwealth of pennsylvania, being known as Lot '91\ on
the Final SUbdivisioll Plan of Dowmnns lIi11 ..: Phase. 3, recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberllind County,
Pennsylvania, in Plan Dook 70, Page 39, being more fully bounded and
desoribed os follows, to wit:
DEGINNING at 0 point on the southern dedicated right-of-way line of

herein described; thence by said dividing line, South 23 degrees 00
minutes 00 seconds East, 0 distance of 100 feet at the dividing line
