'0, 'ho"_ jU.QI60 ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in the Township of Silver spring, county of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northern dedicated legal right of way line of Kelly Drive at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 27 and 26 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots; thence along said dividing line between Lots Nos. 27 and 26, North 10 degrees 49 minutes 55 seconds East a distance of 379.84 feet to a point at lands now or formerly of Herbert M. Danner; thence along said latter lands North 79 degrees 10 minutes 5 seconds West a distance of 724.71 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 27 and 28 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots; thence along said dividing line between Lots Nos. 27 and 28 South 33 degrees 20 minutes 32 seconds East a distance of 660.56 feet to a point on the northern dedicated legal right of way line of Kelly Drive; thence along said northern dedicated legal right of way line of Kelly Drive on a curve to the right having a radius of 355 feet, an arc distance of 273.70 feet to a point on the same at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 27 and 26 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots, the place of BEGINNING.
