Please find enolosed an "original and two" of a roughly
prepared Inheritance Tax Return for Raymond A. Goodling and a check
for the filing fee of $10.00. I spoke with the Department of
Revenue. Even though the estate is insolvent and without a Grant
of Letters, they suggested filing just this first page as a safety
measure.
September 22, 1994
Please also find enclosed an "original and two" of the
Inheritance Tax Return for Norman (JoeYl Green, a 'oopy of an order
of Judge Oler, and a seoond check for the filing fee of $10.00. We
have delayed sending in his Return because we have been unable to
reach the personal representative of Mr. Green's estate for some
time now.
The only asset whioh might be listed on Mr. Green's Inventory
that is not listed as an asset of the estate on the Return would be
the award for his wrongful death. I have not enclosed it on an
Inventory beoause, to the best of my knowledge, that award was made
to.Joey's parents and not to his estate. While I have been unable
to confirm this with the personal representative, court records
appear to agree. See Judge Oler's order. f~(~h 3-+ ~ ~
If your office still requires an Inventory or a more oomplete
Return for either Mr. Goodling'S or Mr. Green's estate, please
notify me at the Camp Hill address above. If y~~ have any
