FOR VALUE RECEIVED, I, ROBERT E. FOOSE, of 6972 Wertzville Road,
Enola, Pennsylvania 17025, promise to pay to the order of MILDRED E.
MILLER, of 1116 Charles Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055, the
sum of Nine Thousand One Hundred Seventy-five and 13/100 Dollars
($9,175.13), without offset, with interest at the rate of six percent
(6%) per annum, said sum being due and payable on demand.
WITNESS my hand and seal the day and year first above
AND FURTHER, I do hereby authorize and empower any attorney or the
prothonotary of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, or any Court of Record
of Pennsylvania or elsewhere to appear for and enter Judgment against
me at any time before or after maturity for the above sum, with or
without declaration, with costs of suit, release of errors, without
stay of execution, and with 25% added for collection fees; and I hereby
agree not to make any motion or any application whatsoever to any Court
for an inquisition on any real estate that may be levied upon to
collect the aforesaid sum, and I voluntarily condemn same, and
authorize the Prothonotary or any Court of Record to enter said
voluntary condemnation upon the Writ of Execution and I further agree
that any property, real, personal or mixed may be sold through a writ
of Execution and further hereby waive and release all relief from any
and all appraisements, stay or exemption laws of any State now in force
or which are passed hereafter.
