Need for independent psychological evaluation or counseling: None requested and the Conciliator does not believe any is necessary, 9, Other matters or comments: Mother repeatedly tried to serve the Father, First service was attempted at the Cumberland County Prison where he was serving a jail sentence, The service was returned since he had been released on parole. The Conciliator attempted to serve him at the Prison as well in order to change the originally scheduled conference, and it was returned unserved, Mother did have a support conference with Father on May 21, 1997, at which time she advised him of the conciliation again, Father has refused to provide Mother with any address and only periodically contacts Mother, The Conciliator entered the Order and in the event that Father feels aggrieved by the Order, he may petition for a specific visitation schedule by requesting another conciliation.
