1, Marianne R. Fidler was the sole owner and/or proprietor of Western Staff Services,
2, As the sole operator of Western Staff Services, she is personally liable for any and all
debts associated with the operation of the business,
3, The items as set forth on her property claim and when they were purchased has no
bearing in terms of her personal liability,
4, The Plaintiff would request that this Court dismiss her claim and allow the sale to
