Leitzel, husband and wife, more fully described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the south side of Spring Hill Lane at the western end or terminus of said lane (a private right-of-way) as appearing on the unrecorded Plan hereinafter referenced; thence continuing South 85 degrees, 05 minutes 49 seconds West for a distance of 1,119.61 feet along the dividing line of the tract to be conveyed and lands now or formerly owned by Spring Hill Home Owners Association, Inc. to a steep pin set in stones; thence continuing North 15 degrees 10 minutes 24 seconds West for a distance of 1,751.45 feet along the dividing line between the tract to be conve.ye.d herein and lands now or formerly owned by Spring Hill Home Owners Association, Inc., and lands now or formerly of John I.
